Nthabiseng Baloyi is an admitted attorney with over 10 years experience in corporate and international tax consulting from the largest law firms and audit firms in South Africa(eg. PwC, Webber Wentzel, Werksmans Attorneys, ENSafrica and EY).
She founded a corporate, technology and management consultancy firm, Innovative Organisational Technical Advisory (“IoT Advisory”) in 2020.
Nthabiseng’s passion for opening up the tax advisory services to small, micro and medium enterprises inspired her to start IoT Advisory. She recognised that there were ways to use technology and existing online resources to help even startup businesses grow and remain updated on developments regarding their corporate and tax affairs.
She specialises in South African corporate tax, international tax as well as South African exchange control regulatory matters. Services provided using her experience range from the setting up and maintenance of corporate structures, general corporate tax opinions, structuring corporate transactions, empowerment deals, outward bound investment and due diligence. Nthabiseng uses her corporate governance and tax experience to assist in the Regulatory Compliance division.
IoT Advisory has partnered with certified business coaches who offer management consulting services by utilising their over 20 years of experience.
Working with a team of experienced developers and engineers, IoT Advisory provides technology services that are also focused on helping small, medium and large businesses grow and automate processes in their businesses using technology.
To provide a full range of services, IoT Advisory has also partnered with medium sized law firms to provide any necessary agreements and policies documents.
My goal is for IoT Advisory to provide affordable advisory services that are also attractive to large businesses.
